If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, we offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction. However, if after the revisions you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final service delivery.
- The request should include clear feedback on why the service did not meet expectations.
- At least one revision attempt must have been made before requesting a refund.
- Refunds are not available for completed and approved services.
